The personal data provided by the applicant will be stored, processed, and used exclusively for the purpose of the application process. It will be forwarded to internal HR personnel for processing the application. In principle, only those individuals who require access to your data for the proper execution of our application process will have access to it.

You may withdraw your application at any time and thereby object to the storage and processing of your data. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be deleted six months after its completion in accordance with legal regulations.

The processing of your personal data during the application process is based on Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) in connection with the decision regarding the establishment of an employment relationship. Any processing that may be necessary after the application process has concluded (e.g., processing required for legal proceedings) is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in asserting or defending against legal claims.
